My sister was thrilled with the arrangement prepared and delivered by Rhoads. She is an avid gardener and herself does beautiful arrangements in planters for her patio. She was amazed at the unusual, beautiful flowers in this arrangement. She couldn’t stop talking about it. I’m so glad you made her birthday so special!
