The arrangement was nothing less than perfect you defenitly get what is pictured if not the same , better. I so appreciate the same day delivery option and the ordering on line . The delivery wasn’t so great. Everyone is entitled to a bad day . But when it comes to customer etiquette, you don’t say things such as I left it near a garage door, you can go look for it, I took it to the ally because most people park in the driveway , I left it at 250 that’s close enough to 248. Mind you alley ways are not marked with street signs and 248 is the address not 250 . When asked for an address's when ordering , you should plug the address into your navigation system . All and all my mother in law who turned 89 received her flowers and was happy and so was I everything worked out in a timely fashion. Thank you
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
